The office staff was super great and friendly. Libby answered all my questions and booked a technician to come out to my sisters home. He got her system up and running in no time. Would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Josh was working on the apartment next door to us and saw us in distress. Without being ask Josh came and helped us until our problem was solved. He is a phenomenal person and he deserves a raise!!

We originally bought our Goodman Heat pump from Expert Express back in 2011 and after meeting with them had complete confidence in their business and install. They pulled all the correct permits and everything passed inspection perfectly. Now it is 2023 and our system quit cooling so I called Expert Express to discover they were now Tower Heating and Air. They were very prompt and our service technician was very helpful and informative and patient in answering my questions. He took me through my options and we concluded that the best course of action was to recharge the system, and then repair the condenser unit what had started to leak.
