Best workout I’ve ever done, you feel so accomplished when you get through it. They have classes early enough to make it before work, all the coaches are so encouraging and work with your fitness level and how to safely improve with every class you take. John truly has an amazing team and gym, highly recommend F45 West Cary!!

I just spent a month trying different gyms in search of a home base. I tried Burn Boot Camp, CrossFit, and F45. I was looking to switch from personal training I had been doing to group fitness. F45 was the most aligned to the workouts I did in personal training but done in a very organized & fun way. Unique to F45 are TVs on the wall that show someone demonstrating the exercises throughout the class-- that is a gamechanger. That was the biggest struggle I had elsewhere-- not know what I was supposed to be doing mid-way because everything was verbally explained in the beginning and you had to just remember somehow. Absolutely love the energy and intensity of these classes! Coach Jamie and entire team is super motivating and right by your side correcting form and pushing for that extra rep! Cost is above average but highly recommend if you thrive in team/group exercise settings
