Training in a group setting has made a big difference, and I genuinely look forward to coming in, even with a hectic work schedule. I have already seen noticeable improvements in my strength. The exercise design is excellent, and the trainers, Keegan, Brandon, Shane, and Jessica, are very welcoming, supportive, and motivating.“

“Overall, a good fitness center while understanding that many Lifetime's have a lot more amenities such as courts, food, salon, etc. The monthly membership price at this facility is high and might have some issues once another fitness center opens in Apex later this year. I will be checking both facilities out and price will be a factor.“

The coaches and staff are truly AMAZING at this facility. The way they help build confidence in these young athletes is inspiring to watch. They work one on one with athletes whether is private lessons, workshops, programs, etc. they really believe in these kids and want them to succeed. Coach Bo and the rest of the staff has become like family to us and we are forever grateful for TPA.“
