Rebecca Raum is an outstanding trainer. In a matter of just a few weeks she has helped me correct a longstanding shoulder problem as well as increase overall strength and flexibility. Her approach is designed to establish correct form and prevent injury. She is also very personable and nice to be around. In short I feel that the time and money I spend at Ignite are well worth it. I highly recommend Rebecca!

I decided to try Ignite Fitness to help support my weight loss journey- having never really tried strength training I was very apprehensive about it and I knew I needed somewhere where I could be comfortable and that would help me with accountability. The trainers at Ignite Fitness are all supporting, knowledgeable and encouraging. For the last year I have worked with Johnnie Strickland on top of making our sessions varied, entertaining and challenging he is an excellent support and coach. Our training sessions have become an integral part of my health journey as well as part of my stress management routine. 50 stars!!!

I've been going to Ignite Fitness and working with Trenton Jeffords for about 3 months now, and it has been a very productive and beneficial experience for me. He explains the exercises we'll do that session so I can learn what parts of the body we are strengthening and how those improvements apply to my day to day life. He provides clear instructions for each exercise and emphasizes resting and hydrating between sets. He encourages me to challenge myself and is quick to adjust exercises if my body is having a hard time keeping up.
