I've been in the program for weight loss and heart disease at week 22 I'm down 34 lbs and feel great. I have never been able to loose weight on my own so I'm thrilled to be down 34lbs. I let my hair grow out really long because my stylist left the salon I used to go to. I hate finding a new stylist. I also hate planning for a haircut a month out. I've been putting it off because I didn't want to wait as long for an appointment as I most places were saying I had to do. When it comes to getting my haircut. I am pretty impulsive - I typically want to do it that day but most places can't do that. I understand that this is a personal problem, but this place was great for a walk-in. My stylist was wonderful and I'm very happy with my haircut. Also, the price is much better than what I used to pay! I will be back.

I got a large American traditional piece done across my thigh by Thomas Burton and I genuinely could not be happier with how it turned out. He listened to exactly what I wanted and designed it perfectly, honestly better than I expected. I went in thinking I'd need to tweak or refine things, but he nailed it on the first try.
The linework is incredibly clean, and the color is even more impressive, which is huge for American traditional tattoos. Everything is bold, even, and packed in beautifully.
The shop was spotless, super organized, and very sterile, which made me feel comfortable right away. We spent about 8 hours on this piece, and the whole process was easy! Great conversation, no awkwardness, and he consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable. He made sure I was hydrated, had eaten, and offered breaks whenever I needed them.
The final result honestly exceeded my expectations, especially the color. He also explained the healing process really clearly and gave me his contact info in case I had any questions afterward.
I would recommend him to anyone who loves American traditional, bold color work, or creative, out-of-the-box designs. I'll 100% be going back he's my artist from here on out!

And let me tell you, everyone — from the staff to the other customers — was so sweet and made me feel right at home!
From booking a consultation to getting one of my tattoos retouched, and finally getting some new ink — the entire process was a BREEZE! As someone who works your typical Monday–Friday, 8–5 schedule, it can be tough to make appointments. But everyone — from Kelly (who helped with scheduling) to Wolfman (who did my artwork) — was so flexible, and I seriously can’t thank them enough.

I woke up yesterday with no power in just my office. This was not good being I work from home full time. They were able to get out within a couple of hours and fixed. This is the fourth time we used them. Every time they were great from start to finish. They even installed wood flooring we purchased from another source because they could not get themselves.

Have a cracked tooth and needed a crown. Dr. Cavaness and her assistant couldn't have been more attentive, supportive and gentle. I had absolutely no pain. I have some difficulty breathing through my nose, but she was very helpful and kept pausing to allow me to breathe. I can't say enough about the wonderful experience. I know, a little effusive for having to have a tooth capped, but she made it as positive an experience as one could hope.

I’ve been healed of years of knee and hip pain by Dr. Jessica Hoffman. She is kind and brilliant, and explained my initial X-ray, and treatment plan, and I’ve been healed for a couple years now! No pain, and no other doctor could actually help. I was prescribed meds by MDs, but those only get you on track for more problems and a continuous cycle of doctor visits while they get kickbacks in the drugs you buy! No, none of that here. Dr. Jessica is professional and gets down to fixing the real problem. Go see her!

Dr. Phillips kindly helped my terminally ill cat cross the rainbow bridge today. Dr. Phillips was so caring and really showed concern for me and my pet. He calmly explained everything and my options. I really appreciate his honesty and he didn't run up a huge bill with unnecessary test. Dr. Phillips, I can't thank you enough for your kindness today. Dr. Swierk sat with Poppy on the ground to get her real comfortable for the exam. We followed up on a previous appointment about surgery and he laid out all the information for me. Nothing felt rushed, and he made sure to fully answer any questions/concerns I had.
Spencer Creek Animal Hospital was phenomenal with my rescue dog’s recent spay. Since this spay was done thru my dog’s rescue this was not the vet we normally use and I didn’t know what to expect. Melissa the tech vet was amazing! She gave me so much valuable education.Melissa was extremely knowledgeable and so careful with my sweet dog. Dr Boyle took her time and updated me on my dog’s surgery and post op care. She even sent me home with more information regarding a separate medical issue I brought up. Everyone I met from the front office receptionist to the entire medical team was friendly and helpful and all of them loved on my dog. Post spay she is doing well and they even checked in the next morning to see how she is doing. If you are looking for a caring vet practice I highly recommend them.
My dog recently went in for a tooth extraction and left feeling just like his normal self. The staff treat him so well; he is so excited to visit every appointment. The staff were also nice enough to cut his nails and trim his paw pads - they truly love taking care of their patients. Everyone here is wonderful and they take their time to answer all of your questions. I highly recommend this vet office to anyone who cares about their pets!

Lacie is has been my dogs groomer for years!! She is absolutely wonderful with them even the one that has crazy sensitive skin, she worked with us so we all could figure out what worked best for him!

Rebecca is the massage therapist and she is lovely. She is clearly adept at treating her clients. I usually have two types of massage experiences either deep sports and very clinical, or relaxing with a mood being set by lighting, sound, scent. This was a very relaxing experience coupled with the most therapeutic massage I have had.
I have had pain and tension in my neck and shoulders for months. 75 minutes later and I have my range of motion back and tension is gone. I slept great and work up with full movement.
Rebecca used massage, heat,cold, vibration, and cupping with a technique that did not leave any bruising. She also sent me a set of stretches that I could do at home.
The room was very relaxing, with scent and sound, I couldn’t hear any outside noise. Rebecca asked about my preferences and adapted the experience to my preferences.
I can’t wait to go back and I am thrilled to have found the perfect place.

This shop is excellent—the atmosphere is pleasant, and the technique is superb. They can pinpoint the acupoints with precision; I felt incredibly relaxed and comfortable after the massage. Highly recommended!
I just finished 13 weeks of PT at Advance Training and Rehab (the Mid Rivers Location). I went to this location based on a recommendation from my grandson (Aidan), who was a PT Tech there this past summer.
From day one, everyone was so helpful and welcoming. Nicole, thank you for always making sure my appointments were scheduled for the most convent times for me.
This office has a fun atmosphere; and everyone has such great personalities. There is a lot of laughing and good conversations. I looked forward to my visits; I will miss them.
The therapists are all very knowledgeable and caring. It is a team that operates smoothly and efficiently. They challenged me and explained how a specific exercise would help, which led to a fast recovery of my broken wrist. I’m back to normal and grateful for all of their help.

Outstanding service. The therapists were professional, compassionate and friendly. Especially Kaitlyn, Kayla and Cassie. They worked me hard but helped me recover full function to my shoulder, even when I was recalcitrant at times (for you Kaitlyn).
