ADAM was great today very patient with me as sometimes I might tend to be a little computer knowledge challenged and Adam really knows his stuff. I have been required to learn several different software applications throughout my working years and Adam and their team is one of the best IT experiences I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. From tearing down/disposing of an old cedar deck that had a jacquzi built into it to building a really beautiful quality deck...every step of the way was first class! I really appreciated their attention to detail and their communication throughout the whole process was A+, especially from Bobbie. I highly recommend them!
I had a tummy tuck and arm lift in Miami when I flew home I did research and found Ken! He was very informative as I was a little in the dark on post op and best practices, my waist was so swollen when I came and after I couldn’t believe the difference! He let my significant other come and sit while I was getting the massage and it felt so comfortable! Will be going back for more post op massages I would recommend Ken 100%!
Brandon and team are the best of the best. He worked with us to get a new roof completed on our home after we dragged our feet on it after hail damage 8 months prior. He worked directly with the insurance company and I and met with the insurance agent at our home to get our roof covered properly. We had a few things that the insurance company would not initially cover and he worked tirelessly to try and change that and ended up helping us get some of that covered as well. We also worked with him after the purchase of a new home and he was able to recommend to us honestly what needed to be done and what looked like it could wait for another time (we were buying AS IS so the insurance company wasn't going to be on this one). He was able to recommend a great handyman to us to help with some of the other issues we had as well. I would and have recommended Restoration Professionals to everyone! I was extremely impressed with the entire process having never had to deal with insurance for our home or get a new roof prior to this and they made me feel entirely confident in the entire process! Will definitely use them in any future projects I can!

If I could give Flesner Wentzel more than 5 stars, I would give them more because they deserve so much more! I have been working with this firm for a year and 3 months and they have done so much for our family. Erika and her staff made one of the toughest processes a person has to go through smooth and kept us educated during the process. My husband and I never felt alone, and we felt like Erika was by our side from the start to finish. Mayra was incredible as well when we working along side with her. I will never go to another salon again! This was my first time at I Heart Nails, and it was the best experience I've ever had at a nail salon. I typically find going to nail salons stressful, but this was a relaxing, laid back experience! Annie was so nice and easy to talk to. She listened to everything I wanted and did a phenomenal job! I love that they do appointment only. There was a great selection of colors, the facility was clean and well managed. I am so thankful that I found this salon!

I just came in to get a nail fixed that was totally my fault for chipping. The wonderful nail tech couldn’t find the exact color, so she applied a coat of gel polish to all my nails so it wouldn’t look off. I offered to pay because she took a lot of time to help me and they insisted it was free of charge. This service is above and beyond and I couldn’t be happier with how my nails look. I was a walk in, the man said he wasn't sure, check his appointment book and said he had thirty minutes, that was fine, I asked for a mani/pedi no gel I was not disappointed, Everything was perfect, very clean and efficient, so friendly. I will go back.

As a walk in they were able to get me in within 10 minutes. The male (should have gotten his name ?♀️) did a phenomenal job on my nails after I gave him a very vague idea of what I wanted. Short and baby pink was about all he got from me. He killed it. The salon was clean and there were no major chemical smells while he did my nails! I have chosen a million pinks trying to get this color and he knew instantly. I'll definitely be going back.

I wanted to do something a little fun for the summer. Suzie got to work and helped me cover my grays with gorgeous caramel highlights and for a fun twist she turned the back into a rainbow of color. I not only do I love my hair when I leave but I have such a great time chatting and laughing. A visit with Suzie is better than therapy!

I have taken my pets to St Charles Animal Hospital since moving back home to St Charles in 1974. They have always received excellent ? care. The staff is friendly and very empathetic. You feel as if they treat your pet as an individual and not just part of a huge business. One of my little dogs had kidney failure at 14 l/2, and they helped me care for her at home with subcutaneous injections of IV fluids for three months until they were no longer effective. Drs Mike and Katie Crecilius were amazing with me and with my Daisie

I'd highly recommend St. Charles Animal Hospital. Everyone is helpful, kind, and extremely empathetic. Test results come back quick and they have the medications on-site that our pets need. The vets and vet techs take time to explain what's going on with your pet and have different solutions for what might suit your needs best. I never feel pressured into expensive tests and they are very professional and patient as you process the information. It's very clean and smells nice. They even have pocket doors to the exam rooms so your pet is safe from doors opening.
