I arrived at 3:10 p.m. for my 3:00 p.m. appointment for both a pedicure and a dip manicure. My pedicure was completed around 4:00 p.m. Since then, I’ve been sitting in the pedicure chair waiting without any communication about what was happening next.
At 4:19 p.m., I had to ask what the next step was because no one had updated me. I was told someone would be with me shortly, but it is now 4:30 p.m., and I am still waiting.
