Wonderful service. They got here quickly when our furnace went out and got everything working in short order. Ethan went above and beyond to find an out of production part to significantly reduce the cost of repair.
This my second experience using this company and both have been excellent. We will definitely use them again.
We were long time customers of a local HVAC team in Eureka, MO which was sold to Aire Serv. The service has been very good so far but not exceptional. We needed A/C electrical issue @ the compressor fixed in March, 2025, and the first technician they sent out didn't know what to do; he was there for less than 5 minutes. Our requested tech came out a week later and installed a new contactor to get our A/C running again.
