Technician arrived late due to delays, but otherwise was very professional and explained the process. He also answered a few additional questions about hardwood floor spot cleaning. He moved through the process in a progressive manner and did a thorough job as far as I could tell, leaving only minor bits of debris around a few vents. Overall, a very good experience.
It’s always great doing business with ProSteam. There are quite a few businesses cleaning carpets however if you want your carpets really cleaned and someone professional and friendly, on time and helpful you will choose this company.
