Michael sprayed the outside of my house at 8:00 this morning. I knew he was coming , because I received a text yesterday, telling me he was coming. He was here, did his work, and was gone , without me even noticing. I then received a text saying he was finished. I really like the way Buckingham and Michael handle the Customer Care.
