“Dr. McCain is a fantastic individual that treats you like family. Haven’t been there in nearly 3 years and remembered me and picked up our conversation from before. After my adjust I felt 10x better and will probably start coming more regularly now. 10/10 recommend.“

“This was my extremely positive experience with ApexNetwork Physical Therapy Dardenne Prairie (Apex) beginning in the spring of 2023: After meniscus root tear repair knee surgery my surgeon scripted me physical therapy treatments. I’m so grateful that Apex was an approved provider. The physical therapists at this place are truly amazing dedicated professionals and the backbone to my recovery. I came into this facility less than two weeks after surgery, on crutches, on pain meds, and very wary about full recovery. Getting in and out of my car with a locked leg brace was a production! Jade, Gage, and Mitchell were there every step of the way, providing therapeutic relief, practicing their craft, gently pushing me to work past the difficulties, and always cheering me on. In addition, right at the front door Chrissy was beaming sunshine at me, dealing with all the appointments, insurance, and other paperwork. ApexNetwork is a welcoming facility from the moment you enter. 5 star rating for Apex! If you aren’t up for a long review, this is a good place to stop reading.Less than four months later, I completed my last PT session and confidently walked out without crutches, with no pain, and an ambition to continue to regain more strength and live my life fully. This was a very bittersweet day. I was elated with my progress but so sad to leave my PT team. I had no idea how greatly these kind caring individuals were going to affect my life for the better. I immensely enjoyed getting to know each of them through the long recovery process and they felt like family to me by the end. They are sincerely dedicated and made PT not just worthwhile, but a process I looked forward to going to. They helped me with more than healing & regaining mobility; they also addressed my gait, strength, and techniques for proper movement while we shared stories and laughs.Jade, Gage, and Mitchell each brought something unique to my PT experience. Whether it be a technique or understanding of the pain, the correction needed, or empathy, I benefited from all of these healthcare pros. What I am still amazed about is that every time I came in for treatment I could tell them what I was struggling with or what part of my leg felt tender or hurt and they could rectify the situation because they knew exactly what tendon, ligament, or muscle, etc. was acting up, stressed, or weak -- and why. They also found it helpful that I could share with them that information making their job more direct. Some sessions were more difficult for me than others due to many different factors; however, nearly every time I left PT I actually felt better than when I came in. The improved results were measurable each time. I also found that doing my homework (exercises at home) is a must and pays off greatly. The Apex Dardenne Prairie atmosphere is very friendly. I liked that Jade, Gage, and Mitchell were able to navigate the care of their patients and still play background music and maintain a professional environment. The large open airy suite is conveniently located in a strip mall near highway 40/64 and 364. The PTs have their laptops on mobile stands and are coordinating the patient’s care by checking their plans, writing notes, taking measurements, documenting, and writing/emailing exercise suggestions. They make it look effortless but I know there is still more paperwork to do afterwards. The hours of operation were accommodating to me.I like how Apex is a facility that allows credentialed seasoned physical therapists like Jade and Gage to mentor PT residents like Mitchell. It’s great to know a place this fantastic is paving the way for those about to complete their programs. If you are considering treatment for any PT need, I highly recommend this team. I wish them the best as they continue to improve lives every day in the world of physical therapy. I’m sincerely thankful and forever grateful to my PT heroes Jade, Gage, and Mitchell at ApexNetwork Physical Therapy Dardenne!!“

“The best way I know of to thank incredible small business owners is to take the time to write an honest review so here it goes:I stumbled upon Sub Zero after suffering from a lower back injury at work. A few friends recommended cryotherapy to assist in my healing process and a random Google search led me to this incredible facility.I originally came in a few weeks ago for my cryotherapy session, yes it was an odd experience but I felt better afterwards. As I was checking out, I asked the front desk lady (I don't recall her name) about MRT massage therapy and would that be the best kind of massage for my ongoing pain and discomfort. The staff member said she does do massage therapy and I could book with her but due to my injury and situation, she highly suggested holding out for Megan, the owner. She raved about Megan's abilities. Convinced, I booked an hour session for the week after. My appointment with Megan was incredibly helpful. She was kind and extremely knowledgeable (way beyond what was expected) and was able to isolate the exact areas of pain and finally provided some relief.I decided to book another few sessions as I could tell the session was very helpful. Megan advised me I really only needed a 30 minute session instead of an hour because we were able to identify the issue I was having and 30 minutes should be enough to deal with it.I just came from appointment #2. First off, Megan brought in another therapist (Holly) who specializes in Deep Tissue. I won't lie, Holly is incredibly powerful and this was not relaxing but she nailed it. The two therapists worked in tandem and achieved even more relief. It's been a few hours since my 2nd appointment and I feel so much better.I'm so thankful I stumbled into this business and urge anyone else who is dealing with an injury to give Megan and her staff a try. You won't regret your decision. The staff at Sub Zero truly have your best interest at heart and love what they do, which shows.“
