I’ve had house cleaners/cleaning services for over 35 years and everyone of them has their pros and cons. I’ve been using Sparkling Clean for over 1 1/2 years and have been very pleased overall. I only get cleaned once a month but if I get the same Cleaner several months in a row, they understand my expectations and how to clean my home. I have gotten cleaners that do a horrible job but found Sparkling Clean Management to be very responsive and cooperative. Some workers need extra training, some need retraining and they are open to all. I just had Trystin E clean my house this week and I would give her 10 stars if they offered it. She’s been to my house several times now and I hope she will always be the one assigned to my house. She does an excellent job and is very conscientious. There are other Cleaners who have done a great job too. Communication is the key to getting a successful clean

They were able to fit us in the very next day for a cleaning. That right there took a huge weight off my shoulders. I was home for the majority of the time Dana was there and she is such a hard worker! You could tell she was in her zone. She was so thorough and it felt AMAZING to have the entire house clean at the same time. I actually enjoyed preparing dinner, and relaxing in our home. It’s been a while since I can say that was the case. Cannot say enough good things. I’m mad at myself for not scheduling sooner. I’m looking forward to our biweekly cleans!
