I paid them for a new panel which they did not properly ground or bond. When I caught this problem several years later, they refused to correct it under the terms of the warranty even though it was still technically in place. Avoid this company at all costs.

The original technician no longer works for the company and with probably good reason. When I finally found out they sent out a manager who tried to sell me the exact same service I just got but with a new panel box all at my expense because the first tech didn't suggest it and mine is a fire hazard. I told him the first tech didn't offer it, he insisted he did but I turned it down. I read my 3 original estimates and none of them include a panel. One of my main complaints was my whole house surging when my a/c kicked on, the original tech's answer was to sell me a surge protector. This company if youd call it that steals you hard earned money and does a half a$$ job. Theres only one electrician that works there he is a very unpleasant person to be near. He lied about doing work on me electrical issues and being the only one there what else can I do. He stated that all my work was done and everything was fine before he Left and that was a big lie. If you don't wanna get screwed please take my word Go elsewhere.
