“We realized early this morning that we had a yellow jacket infestation in an exterior wall of our house. Ken answered the phone and a lot of my questions to confirm what we were dealing with. I had no expectation that he would be able to see us today, but he surprised me for sure when he said he would see me this afternoon.Ken showed up on time as promised and explain what he was going do and did it.
