They also worked with Zucca roofing to install new roof jack/ heater flue since the original one was not in good shape or up to current code requirements.I appreciate that they were very professional and wanted to do the job correctly. The installer Yino and his team who installed the unit were very courteous and professional. Ethan and Dean were also very helpful to finish with final installation and checkup. June 2023 update: Gladstone Furnace & A/C was recommended to me by 3 people (I had been using Buckner's for years but it was sold to a National outfit form MN). Anyway, the repair work was clearly explained and the care was evident form the first call through the very end of the repair. Pricing is very fair and reasonable. Nothing is more important then trusting the HVAC company you work with. I will be a customer for as long as Dan & Amy own it or as long as it stays local/family owned. I have already recommended Gladstone to a few people and l be sharing their information on our HOA website as well as asking our HOA to consider switching. Great work Dan & Amy! “Our AC went out on a Saturday and I was desperate and with kids aT home and called AB May. AB May was more interested on a big ticket sale than taking care of our family. I remembered I had a warranty and Old Republic and they dispatched West Heating & Cooling. They figured out that the part that was not working properly was exactly what AB May said was fine. While I know I will need to replace my unit eventually, it wasn’t something we were planning on doing right this second since we have a new baby & a new home.
