I remembered I had a warranty and Old Republic and they dispatched West Heating & Cooling. They figured out that the part that was not working properly was exactly what AB May said was fine. While I know I will need to replace my unit eventually, it wasn’t something we were planning on doing right this second since we have a new baby & a new home.
