Had them come out and replace an A/C unit. They did great work they were very informative about what was wrong with the previous one. I already knew it had long since become junk but knowing how much more of it was junk was nice. They were quiet, didn't make any mess and installed a great Air Condition. We had known our A/C unit was ready for the grave. The man who came out tried to see if it could be fixed anyway. He did discover even more reasons it needed to be replaced. They did great work on the replacement, everything looked clean and nice when they were done and the work looks very thorough. Very pleased with their service.

I called on a Thursday, set an appointment for the next day, technician John arrived and diagnosed furnace within 2 minutes. He went back to Koch's office (3 minutes from my house) to get the part. He returned and had my furnace working in under 10 minutes. Part wasn't cheap, but I'm very happy with Koch's service!Service: Repair HVAC
