They were extremely friendly and helpful from the first conversation with the office to the representative that fixed our furnace. Price was also fair and reasonable. I would recommend using this company!

Gladstone furnace has gone above and beyond helping my elderly Father. During a bitter cold spell, my Dad needed service and called on a Sunday night. Not only did they talk him through the issues to troubleshoot, but came out first thing the next morning to repair. I am so thankful for this locally owned company willing to DO THE RIGHT THING.

Dan diagnosed our problem as a switch, but cautioned it may be the blower. The cost difference between the former and latter was $900. Dan brought the parts over and confirmed it was the switch. He could have told us it was both and jacked the price up but he demonstrated real integrity. I cannot recommend him ( and Amy) enough. Great customer service, a fair price and a trustworthy technician. Will never use anyone else.
