I had an LG refrigerator quit early Thursday morning. It was Friday afternoon before they could get to us but that was much quicker than anyone else. Their service Tech , Nate was Fantastic. Truly professional , friendly and explained ever detail. It was late in the afternoon and he need an additional tool. Where most serve tech's would wait and come back Monday AM Nate cane back about 5:30 and did the job finishing at 7 That is CUSTOMER SERVICE. Very rare in todays word. THANK-YOU Nate. you've earned your company future business.

Technician Matt came by to service our dishwasher. He was honest in his feedback and recommended we buy a new one instead of moving forward with an unnecessarily costly repair, given the make and age of our current dishwasher. I appreciate that type of candor and will request Matt for future services - and recommend him and Able Appliance to my friends.

Communications were excellent, I was contacted by text message the morning of my appointment, and that was followed by a phone call from the repairman, John advising me of the time he would arrive. Once here, we were given his assessment of our issue. We agreed with him , and decided no repair was necessary, we just would not use one of the features of our oven. That feature was the self clean feature. We can do without that feature, everything else works. We gladly paid for the service call, and felt it was worth the price for our education.
