Had the parts needed in stock. Guy behind the counter was quick and efficient. He also checked the box to ensure the wires were correct and told me about the differences on the two parts.
Waiting for them to bring my part from inventory, I felt like I was back in my hometown, hearing them talk to the patrons like old friends. I don't need appliance parts often, but the next time I do, I'll look here first.
I've been going to Arrow for over 20 years. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. It's been a pleasure dealing with Melanie for the past few years, but I'm thrilled that Trisha's back.
