Artic Air is great to do business with, they installed my last two furnaces and central airs, my last one lasted 26 years, they were fast and met all my expectations, and there prices were in line(reasonable) other companies weren’t. I would recommend them to anyone looking for replacement or upgrades.Ralph C.
I called Arctic Air when my furnace stopped working. Within 45 minutes, a tech arrived and accessed my situation. He explained my options and I decided to replace my old unit and scheduled the replacement for the next morning. The installer arrived on-time and the job was completed without any problems - done right the first time! The unit is quiet and the efficiency is such that I am able to comfortably lower my thermostat by 3 degrees. The 2 service techs that I dealt with were polite, very professional, knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions and explain the features of my new furnace. Brandon has been called to my house twice. Once in the summer for my AC, he even fought hornets to fix my air conditioner and this winter when my furnace broke during the winter storm. Always professional and kind. He goes out of his way to get the job done. I could not be more grateful than to find an amazing company that I can rely on and trust.
