Not only did Eric make time to immediately come out that day, he took time to be sure that he understood what we wanted and put it in action. The next day the furnace was ordered and install scheduled. We even got texts from him over Christmas to reconfirm details. Our new furnace was installed and new ductwork designed and changed (old was not a smart design) the day after Christmas. The installers were amazing! “During this last storm I noticed that there had been a little water in our basement. I immediately thought it was because our sump pump wasn't working properly so I called Steve to see if he could check it to see why it wasn't going on. Steve said he couldn't help with this but referred me to a plumber. However, upon speaking with Steve and explaining the situation Steve explained what he thought happened and in the end I wouldn't need to call a plumber at all. There aren't many contractors who would call you back to explain this knowing that it wouldn't be a sale. You can be sure if I ever have a drain issue Steve is the one I'd call.
