It was easy to schedule a technician. They arrived quickly and did a good job taking care of the issue. Technician was knowledgeable and did a good job explaining the issue and the process to correct it. I would recommend using Roto-Rooter in the future.
I would give 5☆s but my appointment was between 8am-9am and they didn't get to my house until 1025am... First shower in a while that I didn't have slow standing water!...
The company had great communication about arrival time and the plumber was very professional. He did a great job uncloging the sink and completed the job very quickly. He was very nice as well.
