Fred and Blake arrived on time, were courteous, professional, and communicated clearly what they were working on. We’re excited for our new water heater! We’ve had great success with Metro Heating and Plumbing in the past and will use them again in the future.
Tony replaced my leaking sink, and he was genuinely one of the friendliest and most personable people I’ve had come out for a repair. He immediately came across as trustworthy, knowledgeable, and someone who truly takes pride in his work. If I have the opportunity to request him for any future repairs, I absolutely will! I hope the company he works for realizes what a great employee they have in Tony—and gives him a much-deserved raise!
Metro did a fantastic job! We had a bathtub that wouldn’t drain and Blake had it cleared in under an hour. He arrived on time and was friendly, thorough, and professional. I’ll definitely be calling Metro next time I need plumbing help!
