They offer highly competitive, job-based flat pricing (not hourly) and never pressure you into upsells. Plumber was very professional and the service was prompt. The faucet was good quality and the replacement was done well. I have no complaints about that at all. I think the price was expensive and we were unable to get a quote upfront without paying a fee for the plumber to come out and take a look. They had a standard price for a faucet replacement so they could have told us that price upfront with a caveat. I think that practice is deceptive and should be reviewed.

Ryan was professional and very diligent in checking that the shower faucet was working properly after installation. He did not bolt for the door the second he finished the job. He worked clean wearing shoe protection and cleaning up everything after he finished. The price was reasonable. 1s time I have used AJ Alberts will definitely call them in the future.
