“I’ve been a customer of Aquarius Home Services since 2021, and my experience with their water treatment services has been consistently excellent. They’ve handled everything from routine maintenance on my Kinetico water softener to replacing filters in my Kinetico drinking water system, and every visit has been marked by professionalism, friendliness, and clear expertise.

One moment that really stood out was when a technician noticed that my water heater ventilation (something completely unrelated to the service call) was not up to code. He took the time to explain the issue and make a recommendation, which I felt was truly above and beyond what I had asked him to do.

“Two days before Christmas we lost our furnace. I made one call to Metro. Not only did Eric make time to immediately come out that day, he took time to be sure that he understood what we wanted and put it in action. The next day the furnace was ordered and install scheduled. We even got texts from him over Christmas to reconfirm details. Our new furnace was installed and new ductwork designed and changed (old was not a smart design) the day after Christmas. The installers were amazing! Polite, friendly yet professional, and cleaned up beautifully. Super good at what they do.“

“My 20 year old furnace and ac needing a tune up and thought that a replacement might be in order so I also requested an estimate for that. My service tech, Maria, arrived as scheduled, listened patiently to my concerns, and did a thorough inspection and assessment. She did a great job and gave positive evaluation of my situation!
I will still get the estimate for replacement (it is after all 20 some years old), but have signed up for the maintenance plan in the meantime - which also covered the cost of today's tuneup appt. Great deal!

Within 24° of my phone call, a St. Paul Pipeworks plumber came to my home to assess the situation and provide estimated costs. It was not an emergency situation, so he showed and explained to me what possible approaches might be needed. On return appointment the following week, another St. Paul Pipeworks plumber, equipped for the specific task, completed the job in less than one hour. We were kept informed by them as we kept them informed while the VA was approving what was to be done. All was approved and we got scheduled in a timely manner. “Thought my water heater was leaking that they installed in January, 2024. Tec came to look and order parts. But it wasn't the water heater but a condensation pump off my furnace. There was no charge for the advice. We contacted the furnace company which part was under warranty to get replaced. We try to use local contractors. Ike has been around along time.“

“My water heater replacement was complicated due to some unrelated plumbing issues that were discovered when a journeyman plumber (Aidan) from Urban Pine first came out to my house. He called their master plumber (Josh), and together they worked out a great solution. I was given two options, and Josh actually recommended the less expensive option.
