“I’ve been a customer of Aquarius Home Services since 2021, and my experience with their water treatment services has been consistently excellent. They’ve handled everything from routine maintenance on my Kinetico water softener to replacing filters in my Kinetico drinking water system, and every visit has been marked by professionalism, friendliness, and clear expertise.

“Two days before Christmas we lost our furnace. I made one call to Metro. Not only did Eric make time to immediately come out that day, he took time to be sure that he understood what we wanted and put it in action. The next day the furnace was ordered and install scheduled. We even got texts from him over Christmas to reconfirm details. Our new furnace was installed and new ductwork designed and changed (old was not a smart design) the day after Christmas. The installers were amazing! Polite, friendly yet professional, and cleaned up beautifully. Super good at what they do.“

“From our initial assessment visit with Andy to our walk through inspection with Aris, our electrician Joe, everyone was friendly, informative. They all worked together as a cohesive team. Our old oil burning furnace system removed, new electric heat bump and AC installed in one and a half days! They cleaned up and removed all debris. Each provided answers about the system and Aris provided the ihearterickson program that we will be signing up for soon. All done first assessment to finish....a week! “We were doing laundry and noticed the basement floor drain was backing up. I booked an appointment online with another company, but they did not show up at the listed time and could not give me an ETA as to when someone would be out. I cancelled the appointment and found John's through Yelp. They answered the phone on the 2nd ring and Chachi came out within a couple of hours. He was so easy to work with and very knowledgeable! He went the extra mile to get our main sewer line cleaned out from tree roots and recommended we have it done annually to prevent this from happening going forward. I plan on doing this and will ask for them to send Chachi out. Highly recommend this place!“

Our first contact was with Jon, and he was friendly and responsive, and really went above and beyond to help us with the process of replacing our broken, unrepairable water heater. He went through and explained all of the options to us. He was even willing to help us with the process of submitting documents to our home warranty company, which was a headache but he never complained. They were able to get out to our house the next day to replace our water heater. Our tech, Bruce, was friendly, communicative and efficient. We thought the price was fair, too. Within 24° of my phone call, a St. Paul Pipeworks plumber came to my home to assess the situation and provide estimated costs. It was not an emergency situation, so he showed and explained to me what possible approaches might be needed. On return appointment the following week, another St. Paul Pipeworks plumber, equipped for the specific task, completed the job in less than one hour. In both instances, the plumbers showed up on time, were respectful, efficient, amiable, focused, and willing to answer all my questions. “Five Star Bath Solutions is a very appropriate name. The professionalism from the sales to the installation were all topnotch. We were kept informed by them as we kept them informed while the VA was approving what was to be done. All was approved and we got scheduled in a timely manner. They completed tearing out the tub and installing the shower in one day. Only 2 glitches. My wife wanted the faucet to turn on the other direction. Done quickly. The other was a couple of scratches on our sink top and once again done quickly. Finally no more falling out of the tub!! “Thought my water heater was leaking that they installed in January, 2024. Tec came to look and order parts. But it wasn't the water heater but a condensation pump off my furnace. There was no charge for the advice. We contacted the furnace company which part was under warranty to get replaced. We try to use local contractors. Ike has been around along time.“
