“Eric did such a great job! After a hail storm he stopped by seeing if we had any damage. After seeing our roof definitely needed replacing we put a claim into our insurance company. The adjuster denied the claim saying there wasn't enough damage. If it wasn't for Eric we would have thought that was the end of it but he told us we could ask for a second adjuster to come out. We did that and finally got them to agree to the claim. This whole process took almost a year but Eric stayed with it the whole time. “I engaged 2Code Exteriors to help me through an insurance claim for hail damage. While my insurance company initially denied my claim (except for dents in vents and other metals), 2Code was persistent, professional, methodical and knowledgeable. In the end I got a new roof, new vents and valley metals, new window wraps, new siding, and even new screens on my porch. The end result exceeded my expectations considerably.

Throughout the process the individuals I worked with on site and in the office were awesome. They listened to my concerns, desires and (a few) complaints, and responded professionally and to my satisfaction. I got the clear impression that the company genuinely cared about doing things right, and treating me properly, honestly, respectfully and fairly.

In any major construction project, problems and issues will arise. In my case, several window screens were damaged when a crew was tearing off old siding; 2Code repaired and replaced them all. Some new porch shingles were damaged by improper ladder placement on a hot day while workers were installing new siding; again 2Code replaced the damaged shingles. I never paid for anything unless I elected an upgrade (e.g. better siding than what insurance would pay for). 2Code went the extra mile for me to find the siding I wanted that wasn't available locally, and to get it painted by an expert crew.

“We contacted On Time Contractors for a quote to finish our basement after reading many positive reviews on Angie’s list. Their price was lower than the other two quotes we had and they were able to start almost right away. Aleh and his crew were very hard workers. They showed up when they said they would and worked quickly. They were flexible with us and let us be as involved as we wanted to be as far as picking out finishes on our own and crediting us when we did end up getting thing ourselves.Our basement was a pretty in-depth project. It’s an older house and didn’t have a bathroom rough in, and they had to move the main stack to make room for the bathroom. All in all we were very happy and have recommended them to a coworker, who was also quite happy. The only stressful part was that sometimes I would need to pick out something on short notice (I am not a fast decision maker and so a few days notice to have the plumbing fixtures picked out was not easy for me). I’d definitely use On Time again. Just be prepared to do some of the design aspect yourself if you want a wide selection. Some of the options we were given were limited, but he was fine with me picking out stuff on my own (tile, quartz counters, etc)(Side note, I initially thought they were a franchise, but they are not.
