“I am so happy that my daughter's friends recommended Norcon Home Solutions to do my bath remodel. I had a huge whirlpool tub and separate shower that were badly in need of replacement. In fact, the entire bathroom was very dated and run down when I bought the house. My vision was to eliminate the whirlpool tub and shower and add a regular bathtub and a much needed linen closet.Doug provided a complete written estimate and proposed drawing of the room within days of viewing the area. “Ethan worked with me from start to finish to make sure my roof and gutters were repaired quickly (one of the first homes fixed on the block!) and correctly after an intense hailstorm with extensive damage to all the homes in my neighborhood. Along with a free, no obligation initial inspection to determine whether I should open an insurance claim, Ethan was on-site during the insurance adjuster's inspection to work with the adjuster to ensure all damage was included in the claim. Ethan was also on-site during the re-roofing and gutter replacement to make sure everything went smoothly. An unforeseeable issue came up during the re-roofing and Ethan was quick to contact me to explain the issue and walked through the options available to resolve it. “I inherited multiple issues after moving into my house two years ago. Two large concrete sections of my driveway (adjacent to the garage) had sunk about an inch. This was causing issues with snowplowing in the winter and created a nice lip between the concrete and my garage floor, which was now cracking. The other major issue was I had a basement underneath my garage and was getting water leakage from that same area. Scott assessed the problem correctly, was able to replace the concrete sections, which fixed everything in my driveway and garage AND stopped the water leakage below! He did an amazing job and it's clear his 30 years of experience played a role in resolving these issues.“
