I contacted custom remodelers about a recently broken window because I have used them in the past for other jobs. Mike and Spencer came out, they were on time, took the time to look at the window and looked at the previous done jobs to see if they were holding up. They gave me a quote and explained various discounts. We agreed upon an amount and signed the contract. All the while my 5yr was being extra and they were very nice and worked around his excitement. Due to the State of the window I already had my mind made up so no pushy sales tactics were needed but as I've used them before I've never felt pressured into signing.
