Communication was excellent through Luke who came to our house several times and responded to our every concern and request. “I am so happy that my daughter's friends recommended Norcon Home Solutions to do my bath remodel. I had a huge whirlpool tub and separate shower that were badly in need of replacement. In fact, the entire bathroom was very dated and run down when I bought the house. My vision was to eliminate the whirlpool tub and shower and add a regular bathtub and a much needed linen closet.Doug provided a complete written estimate and proposed drawing of the room within days of viewing the area. “I inherited multiple issues after moving into my house two years ago. Two large concrete sections of my driveway (adjacent to the garage) had sunk about an inch. This was causing issues with snowplowing in the winter and created a nice lip between the concrete and my garage floor, which was now cracking. The other major issue was I had a basement underneath my garage and was getting water leakage from that same area. Scott assessed the problem correctly, was able to replace the concrete sections, which fixed everything in my driveway and garage AND stopped the water leakage below! He did an amazing job and it's clear his 30 years of experience played a role in resolving these issues.“
“Customer service was exceptional after breaking a post taking dock out for season. They were willing to have a tech fix it the same day if I brought the post in. Ultimately I had to buy a new post but everyone was great in dealing with it.“

“Our roof was 14 years old when we decided to replace it. To get the best deal on a new roof, we called six different companies to get different estimates on roof types and prices. Out of the six people that came, Weatherguard was the only one that told us to call our insurance. When our insurance looked at our old roof, they said that they will pay half the cost of the new roof. Because they were the only ones to tell us to call insurance, We picked them to give us a new roof. Would definitely recommend.“

This company not only fixed my starter, they cleaned the generator, installed an oil heater I had forgotten about, checked everything over and more. These guys know generators inside and out. Perfect experience in all regards. Note, I didn’t buy my standby generator from them as I wasn’t aware of them. I bought it online. That didn’t matter as they still provided exceptional service. The whole team is great but again, Jason whom was our tech is amazing!“
