I recently had a new deck put up by Coty. They did an amazing job. They were very professional and answered any questions respectfully and did not talk to me like I was asking a stupid question. They made sure the yard was cleaned up after they were finished with the deck, I've had some folks that did not do that. I would recommend Coty Construction for any deck, siding, roofing, windows, and basement work.,

Nick from COTY came by for a roof inspection and these guys know their stuff! He was very knowledgeable and explained the issues with my roof, gave me a few options and was very honest and realistic about the life it has left in it. There were no high pressure sales tactics or anything like that! Highly recommend if you're looking for a reputable company to take a look at your roof and give you an honest evaluation.

Just a quick note of thanks to Nick. We had some storm damage on our siding, not enough to replace our siding but still required attention. Nick was kind enough to come out and take photo's of the damage. He was honest in telling me that it would be easier and cheaper to get a "handy man" to repair the damage and gave us the name of the person to repair it.I understand that the damage was small, and would not be worth the time for his company to repair it, but his helpfulness and kindness and honesty was very helpful, we will give Nick a call next time we need new siding, roofing, etc..
