Paul was informative, prompt, and communicative throughout the process. He explained what happened and how he would address the problem. He sent photos of his work at each stage. He made repairs easy.

I would give 10 stars if I could. Paul was incredibly helpful in going above and beyond with finding and repairing a leak in my roof under some solar panels. The solar company wanted to charge me $7500 to take the panels down, repair the leak (which was caused by the solar panels and how they were mounted years ago) and to put the panels back up. Paul was able to repair the leak without having to disconnect or take the panels down and did it all within one afternoon. The solar company said they wouldn’t even be able to come out for 2-3 months. We had a great experience with ROOFTEK SYSTEMS LLC. It’s always great to support a small business, and Paul, the owner, really runs things with professionalism and care. He’s a great guy—responsive, honest, and easy to work with from start to finish. Robert, the project manager, was also excellent and kept everything organized and on track throughout the project. The crew did a fantastic job as well—hardworking, efficient, and respectful of the property. The whole process went smoothly, and the quality of the work really shows. We would definitely recommend them and would use them again in the future.
