Can't say enough good things about Monroe. He came out to talk me through potential hail damage to roof and siding. He was very knowledgeable about the my siding, roof, and about the insurance process. He gave me the honest answers that I wasn't getting elsewhere. He got me a really comprehensive breakdown of the damage, age, implications, and what to look for with my insurance before filing a claim. He also gave pragmatic recommendations if I wanted to pay out of pocket. It was exactly what I was looking for.
