“It’s July. The weather is threatening to only get worse as the inevitable heat wave is upon you (90F+) What happened? Air Conditioning failure. Through the beads of sweat on my brow I pick up my phone and try to find a local hero to come to my rescue. My initial point of contact explained they could have someone on site first thing the next morning. No cape. No grand entrance music. Just a calm phone call telling me he’d be there within thirty minutes. I explained my problem. The technician was quick to identify and address my problem on site (A capacitor had failed on my A/C unit). Once resolved he said with a smile, “it’s running now”. Then I knew, not all hero’s wear capes. Some just have a friendly attitude and a wealth of knowledge along with a shirt that says Rumpca Services Inc. Thank you Josh! “My water heater replacement was complicated due to some unrelated plumbing issues that were discovered when a journeyman plumber (Aidan) from Urban Pine first came out to my house. He called their master plumber (Josh), and together they worked out a great solution. I was given two options, and Josh actually recommended the less expensive option.

Did a very good job. The drain camera found the source of the problem. A manager stopped by to bring a needed piece of equipment (at no extra charge), and the office manager was excellent when there was a question about a conflict in billing. I'm an HOA president and they are our new drain...
