I had a problem that looked/ could have been very bad, but my plumber kept looking until he found the most conservative approach that worked. We all need that kind of help!This is my second review reporting great service. This time I needed a new kitchen faucet, but ordered the wrong one myself. The plumber diagnosed that immediately, helped me choose the correct replacement and installed the replacement when it came. Absolutely no hassle and no extra charges because of my own error!! Highly recommend again.“

“Metro Heating & Plumbing FOR THE WIN! We had two gas leaks and a dripping shower head. I called late in the day on Monday, and they were able to send Richard out first thing Tuesday morning. Richard was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to complete a fairly complicated job quickly and at a very fair price. We had had a quote done from another large company for our shower issue - they had said they'd need to rip out the entire wall and it would be a several thousand dollar job. Richard suspected all that was needed was a small part replacement - and he was right! He saved us a ton of money and no more drips! He also went above and beyond with the gas leak issues. Metro will absolutely be our go-to for services in the future.“

“Greg came out within a couple hours of my calling him to unplug our kitchen sink drain. He was friendly and offered tips to keep the drain free flowing. He had the drain unplugged in short order. He also answered my questions about the longevity of our water heater and softener, and said they probably won't need to be replaced for a number of years because they are reputable brands. He checked out the sump pump brand too, and recommended a backup system that would still work during a power outage. Bottom line: he did the work quickly and effectively, and provided useful information about future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!“

“Christmas weekend I had a pump failure on a 50 unit apartment building, resulting in no heat . One vendor came out and worked for 6 hours and eventually said they didn't know what to do and said I had to call someone else.Made a bunch of calls to vendors who either were not willing to come out or had no experience with this type of boiler. Called Cities1, gave them my information. The tech called me back and he was there within the hour. Walked in, very professional and confident. We stopped him frequently with questions, which he always answered thoroughly. He let us know exactly how the process would go from here and did not pressure us in any way to make a decision quickly.
