I had the pleasure of working with Matthew on the issue I had. The radiators upstairs were not heating up, and although I had bled them and knew that the pressure in the boiler was low, I didn’t know if that was the issue alone or part of a bigger issue.It was thankfully just low pressure, which he fixed in all of a few minutes. However, since this is my first older home, he took the time to explain how to properly operate the system, what to look out for, and how to safely deal with problems.It’s been a long time since I have had service that was this quick, honest, and above and beyond helpful.
Alex and Joe helped with the installation of 4 exterior outlets and various interior electrical projects. They finished everything in one day and communicated throughout the process. They even accommodated our sleeping toddler with quieter tasks for an hour and added extra work as we thought of it. We would recommend Snelling to anyone for electrical needs!
I had water leaking from my central air unit on a Thursday night, called Friday and was able to get someone Monday morning. My repair person was very forward about not doing anything without me knowing the cost of the operation beforehand, which I appreciated and was able to do a cost effective repair on my unit that service call. Likely to use their services again.
