I called Total Refrigeration when I was having issues with a freezer at my restaurant. Their communication was prompt, the pricing was explained up front, and they were able to get out there and diagnose it the same afternoon. Their tech Alex was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Will definitely call them next time I have an issue with any equipment!
I’m the owner of premium stop in the east side of St. Paul , my walking Cooler was down for a week , I called 3 independent contractors they couldn’t fix my cooler and they didn’t know what the heck is wrong with my cooler . Finally I had it with them . I called MN total refrigeration system. They send me Jason very professional and knowledgeable and very reliable. He explained everything to me before He started doing anything. I have edited my original review because the owner, Garrett, took time out of his day to come and personally visit with me about what happened.Refused to even schedule a service call because we are not a current customer. Great way to turn business away.
