“Summit Exteriors just completed the replacement of the final half of the original windows on our 70-year-old home. I had never heard of Summit when I called them for a competing bid last fall. I like to get bids from smaller, local companies that have been in business for awhile. The job just finished up due to the size of the job and some issues along the way. Sometimes unusual problems can arise when dealing with an older home and the installers hit a doozy (downstairs windows installed with concrete). The entire team handled it professionally, solved the problem, and eventually were able to laugh about it. There were additional fees for additional work, but Summit did their best to minimize that as much as possible, and we get that's part of having work done on an older home. The crew did a perfect job matching the stain color of our oak trim and the fir trim downstairs. The install crew was really great group of guys and it was comfortable having them work in our house for a period of time. They laid down drop cloths every day and vacuumed every day when they were done. Ryan was amazing: he came every day, made sure we were happy and didn't need anything, and checked on the installation, etc. Such a nice, thoughtful guy. What a gem! In summary, we couldn't be happier and the price was very competitive! I would definitely use Summit again for work on our house.“

“We went through 10k to redo our well closet (which was named the Narnia Closet) after other companies never called back when we said were checking multiple places for pricing on the project. Troy was super helpful in helping us understand what was going to be done and how the whole process worked. The construction crew that came out were really professional and careful of our personal property since the closet was in our bedroom. They kept everything clean and cleaned up after themselves. We had one small issue after they finished where a corner of our closet was missing a chunk of concrete where they just covered it which didn't create the required seal for the stuff to work properly. We contacted troy about it and after clearing the air of any confusion, they went the extra mile to provide a solution and fixed it. They also replaced our pressure tank and piping in the well room with brand new stuff. Even though it wasn't apart of the original contract, they also installed a glass cinder block in the hole in our front steps. Orginally, it was a hole with styrofoam and a trash can lid with some wood on it. It's access to change the well pump so we couldn't fill it. Troy provided the solution of the cinder block so now we actually use our front steps. We'll definitely be using 10k construction for our future projects on our house. They did a great job.“

“A tree fell on my house on a Sunday evening and I ended up running into a friend of mine , Adam Seed , who worked for Bison Builders that Monday morning. I told him what happened and he agreed to meet with the insurance adjuster that would show up that Thursday. He went up on the roof with her and let me know he would be there to take care of things for us. He kept in contact with me through the whole process, step by step. He never promised anything that they didn’t deliver. They were finished in a day and a half and cleaned up everything. The workers were very professional and courteous. Excellent job by this organization.“

“In early December, I had issues with ice dams and at the recommendation of a friend, I called Key Prime. Unfortunately at the same time my husband was in the hospital in serious condition. The team at Key Prime, including Ashley, Monette and Scott were so personally supportive and caring.
