“It was my first time working with Intelligent design and my first insurance claim in my 20 years of being a property owner. I have 2 duplexes that sustained hail damage. I worked with Val and he was very professional with the residents and met with both insurance companies and really guided me through the process. I was also very specific about what I wanted and am very knowledgeable about building exteriors since I’m in the industry. Both of my duplexes really look great and I got everything that I was looking for and chose maintenance free options. Roofs were replaced, vents, fascia, gutters, gutter guards, and soffits. One property needed new sheathing. They coordinated another contractor for electrical needs. It was a long process, but it all made sense and the process was smooth.
