Anyone having to deal with home damage faces anxiety, forced decisions, and a lot of unknowns. Thank goodness for Ben at Bison Builders! He made this process so easy! He was honest, straightforward, always available, easy-going, responsive! I am grateful for his professionalism and expertise. Above all, he is a gem of a human being. It has been a joy to work with him and I wish him much success! As for the roof, I was very impressed with the speed and the quality of the work. In addition, the cleanup was exceptional!
Easy and well coordinated on inspection and estimate. Crew was clean, fast and did a great job both on install and clean up. Good reputation with the city as well. Not pushy, but professional in follow up and availability to finalize bid, including with questions. And the bid was very competitive as well.
