My wife and I decided to replace our 25 year old cedar deck boards and railing after refinishing and replacing a few boards every couple of years. I used a list service to get a few contractors in my area. Out of the handful that I called we ended up selecting Chris and Entire Exteriors for a few reasons that put them ahead of the others that responded. First was the time that Chris took listening to what we wanted and inspecting the deck to see if the structure was sound. Second, was the thorough itemized estimate that held true until the end. We had an excellent experience with Entire Exteriors. We had a leak in a part of our roof which is what we initially called for, but in between the initial call and when they got to the house we realized we needed a new roof. When they did make it out, we were able to show them a few other repairs we needed and they provided a very competitive estimate, but also could do the additional work.
After getting 4 estimates, it came down to two and EE could do the extra work on a fence and an extra door. We went ahead and signed with them. During this period we had slow response from the a lender and they worked with us to get as much done as we could in the budget. They...read full review
