“I have been completely impressed with Legacy Restoration. We used them to repair our primary home, ADU (2nd home on the property) and our shed after a horrible hail storm. Our sales person, Crosby is the BEST IN THE BUSINESS! He was on top of everything, worked with insurance to verify what was being covered and what wouldn't be, he called/text during every step in the process so I knew what to expect and he checked in when everything was completed (noting our project was completed within a few weeks of the damage, AND ahead of schedule). “My wife and I decided to replace our 25 year old cedar deck boards and railing after refinishing and replacing a few boards every couple of years. I used a list service to get a few contractors in my area. Out of the handful that I called we ended up selecting Chris and Entire Exteriors for a few reasons that put them ahead of the others that responded. First was the time that Chris took listening to what we wanted and inspecting the deck to see if the structure was sound. Second, was the thorough itemized estimate that held true until the end. Third was the second trip to the house to review decking and railing samples. The renovation took a few days longer than planned, which happens with most projects. The crew took their time and did an excellent job. On final walkthrough I only had one concern and by the time I called about it, Chris had been to the house and addressed it. “Summit Exteriors just completed the replacement of the final half of the original windows on our 70-year-old home. I had never heard of Summit when I called them for a competing bid last fall. I like to get bids from smaller, local companies that have been in business for awhile. The job just finished up due to the size of the job and some issues along the way. Sometimes unusual problems can arise when dealing with an older home and the installers hit a doozy (downstairs windows installed with concrete). The entire team handled it professionally, solved the problem, and eventually were able to laugh about it. There were additional fees for additional work, but Summit did their best to minimize that as much as possible, and we get that's part of having work done on an older home. The crew did a perfect job matching the stain color of our oak trim and the fir trim downstairs. The install crew was really great group of guys and it was comfortable having them work in our house for a period of time. They laid down drop cloths every day and vacuumed every day when they were done. Ryan was amazing: he came every day, made sure we were happy and didn't need anything, and checked on the installation, etc. Such a nice, thoughtful guy. What a gem! In summary, we couldn't be happier and the price was very competitive! I would definitely use Summit again for work on our house.“
