It was my first time working with Intelligent design and my first insurance claim in my 20 years of being a property owner. I have 2 duplexes that sustained hail damage. I worked with Val and he was very professional with the residents and met with both insurance companies and really guided me through the process. I was also very specific about what I wanted and am very knowledgeable about building exteriors since I’m in the industry. We've been using Intelligent Design for a remodel. They have been amazing! They show up on time and get the job done. Cody has gone above and beyond. He stayed late and helped us dig for a gas line, then fixed it. He came out early to help me figure out another issue. I can't recommend him/them enough!
