They recently replaced 8 windows for us and wrapped 2 additional windows, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience and the final result.<br>We had been debating new windows for years and had received several quotes over time, but Rick was the first person who was transparent and able to provide an accurate price range right over the phone. Once we agreed on the initial estimate, he came out to take final measurements and walk through the project details with us.<br>After we put 50% down, the windows were ordered and Rick kept us updated throughout the shipping process. Once everything arrived, scheduling installation was easy and the install day went incredibly smoothly.<br>The workmanship and overall professionalism exceeded our expectations. We are extremely pleased with how everything turned out and would absolutely recommend The Window Guys to anyone looking for windows or exterior home work.”
“Keystone doesn’t know this, but I tried for months to get a different roofer (the one who installed my roof) out to look at a repair job. Finally, I gave up and called Keystone who came out the next day, quoted it and within two weeks had my roof repaired. I would absolutely use them again. Juan and his crew were great today, as was Jared who quoted and coordinated the work!”

“When have you ever used words like “exceptional”, ”extraordinary”, or ”remarkable” for work done on your home? I had to use Google to come up with enough words to describe our roofing project with Craftsmen Home Improvement. There’s definitely a reason for all the 5-star reviews.<br>Customer service is first and foremost at Craftsmen. Our first contact was with Jim, to talk about the project and what Craftsmen could do. He was never rushed, never annoyed with our unknowledgeable questions and spent all the time needed so we were comfortable.<br>When we asked for a quote, we got biographies of the main people we would be working with and a detailed quote following the format from the insurance estimator. Plus the Lifetime Labor Warranty.<br>When we chose Craftsmen, we promptly got an email from them, welcoming us and an attached document “What to Expect with Your Roofing Project” with all kinds of helpful information.<br>We were concerned about damage to our new driveway. So we only made a comment, but it was out with the dumpster and in with a lighter garbage trailer. Then there was the daily clean-up: nothing was left out at night, it was all put away or taken away. And not only did they blow the leaves away from the house, they cleaned the whole yard and took away my husband’s raking job for the season. Needless to say, after the final clean-up, the yard was more pristine than before the job was started!<br>Regarding the actual roof, the crew came out to inspect the job and discovered several items that had been left off the insurance estimate – an additional $6,000 find. The crew worked early and late to beat the weather. And the roof looks great.<br>Staff was always available to answer questions-I don’t remember ever being put on hold.<br>I know our first stop if we need new siding or windows in the future. (I was not paid for this review!)”

“My wife and I decided to replace our 25 year old cedar deck boards and railing after refinishing and replacing a few boards every couple of years. I used a list service to get a few contractors in my area. Out of the handful that I called we ended up selecting Chris and Entire Exteriors for a few reasons that put them ahead of the others that responded. First was the time that Chris took listening to what we wanted and inspecting the deck to see if the structure was sound. Second, was the thorough itemized estimate that held true until the end. Third was the second trip to the house to review decking and railing samples. The renovation took a few days longer than planned, which happens with most projects. The crew took their time and did an excellent job. On final walkthrough I only had one concern and by the time I called about it, Chris had been to the house and addressed it. I would have no reservations recommending this team for your deck remodel.”
