The company was thorough in the original planning. But the person working with us left and some issues were not fully explained and the communication on the project start time, and once the project started was lacking at times. The siding crew was awesome. Tyler called me towards the end and listened to my concerns. Chad, the site boss was excellent at listening and problem solving. The finished project looks excellent.
David Erboesser was great to work with. He worked with my insurance company to make sure they covered the roof replacement due to hail damage. Tear off and shingling were done in a day and the workmanship was excellent. There were a couple issues that needed to be fixed but Nexgen addressed this quickly to make sure I was happy with the end result
