“Had someone from Excel stop by in early November inquiring about looking at my roof from the storm earlier in the month for a claim. I was skeptical, but went through the places. In a few weeks, had approval for a new roof and gutters from insurance. Got things scheduled with excel and they were done in early November with a new roof and gutters. There were a couple of minor miscommunications but Excel fixed the small problems that came about. I would 100% recommend them for any futures exterior house needs.“

“Hired Home imp. Shop to build a porch on the front of my home. I called and Buddy came out the next day, gave me a quote and discussed options. I accepted the quote (I had previously worked with these folks to add on a room and deck about 6 years ago) so accepted the quote right away. Work was done on time, on budget, and I am very pleased. These guys are artists. Both my porch and not so new now addition are beautiful.“

“It was my first time working with Intelligent design and my first insurance claim in my 20 years of being a property owner. I have 2 duplexes that sustained hail damage. I worked with Val and he was very professional with the residents and met with both insurance companies and really guided me through the process. I was also very specific about what I wanted and am very knowledgeable about building exteriors since I’m in the industry. Both of my duplexes really look great and I got everything that I was looking for and chose maintenance free options. Roofs were replaced, vents, fascia, gutters, gutter guards, and soffits. One property needed new sheathing. They coordinated another contractor for electrical needs. It was a long process, but it all made sense and the process was smooth. The communication was also good along the process that Dustan facilitated with the different aspects being addressed. I am very pleased and I am glad I chose Intelligent Design.
