Unbelievably helpful and considerate of the customer's needs!
I just moved to Minneapolis, less than two weeks ago, noted water running off my roof, holes in my gutter, water coming in the back door, etc. Ashley came out first thing in the morning, drew up a contract pronto and sent someone out SAME DAY to help literally stem the flood with some diverters, etc, until they can come out and fully install functional gutters. 5 actual GOLD STARS to this company!
Companies talk about their customer service, integrity, and professionalism. Keyprime demonstrates these. From office staff to the roofers all were courteous along with the above mentioned.
I would hire them again and definitely recommend anyone needing their services.
