“My new favorite plumbing company. Prompt, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, fairly priced. Also - conservative. I had a problem that looked/ could have been very bad, but my plumber kept looking until he found the most conservative approach that worked. We all need that kind of help!This is my second review reporting great service. This time I needed a new kitchen faucet, but ordered the wrong one myself. The plumber diagnosed that immediately, helped me choose the correct replacement and installed the replacement when it came. Absolutely no hassle and no extra charges because of my own error!! “Capra’s utilities relined my main sewer pipe in 2018. This morning I noticed that the main floor drain was backing up, which is not supposed to happen once the main line is relined. I called at 6 AM and to my surprise, Mike, the owner of the company, answered the phone. He had somebody to my house by 9 o’clock in the morning to put a camera down the line to see what was going on. Then, at about 1 o’clock. A team of people showed up and corrected the problem, which was just a connector from the cleanout to the main pipe. This was all covered under the warranty of the original work. I applaud Capra’s customer service for honoring the warranty and for providing me same-day service.Highly recommended!“

I had already had 2 plumbers out that made me very concerned about the project from the start. I had purchased my water heater from Menards and these guys were at my house and installed my new one. “Greg came out within a couple hours of my calling him to unplug our kitchen sink drain. He was friendly and offered tips to keep the drain free flowing. He had the drain unplugged in short order. He also answered my questions about the longevity of our water heater and softener, and said they probably won't need to be replaced for a number of years because they are reputable brands. He checked out the sump pump brand too, and recommended a backup system that would still work during a power outage. Bottom line: he did the work quickly and effectively, and provided useful information about future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!“

“After I discovered my 18-year-old water softener was leaking in September, I called Keith Nelson Plumbing. DJ visited the same day, diagnosed the problem, and suggested it was time for a replacement. He returned the next day with Jim & Justin to remove and replace the old water softener. They gave me a mini tutorial on how the new softener works and how to fill it.While they were here, we discussed my water heater (also 18-years-old) and decided to replace it with a heat pump water heater the following week, but not before DJ presented me with three written detailed replacement options with prices, listing the pros and cons for each. I believe he also consulted with a manufacturing rep to make sure I was getting the correct size and type for my needs.DJ, Jim, and Justin returned the following day to explain how the water heater works and showed me how to program the various modes. DJ returned two days later to recheck the water temperature.They also installed a new touch kitchen faucet. DJ & Keith provided thorough instructions on how it works and how to prolong the battery life.In addition to installing the new appliances, DJ provided me with a completed rebate form (for the water heater) and an AHRI certificate for my specific water heater to send to Xcel Energy. All (Keith, DJ, Justin, and Jim) were responsive, thorough, professional, and friendly. Great people to work with. I can't say enough good things about them. “John was wonderful! He was professional, thorough, great to chat with, and does honest work. We called the morning of due to no hot water. He called us back quickly and said he could squeeze us in between some other jobs. He fixed our igniter and recommended getting a water heater with in the next 1-2 years. Ours was 43 years old and he said they typically run about 20 years. We will definitely be calling him back for that service! Highly recommend!!“

“We had leaking wax ring, unknown to us, bring down our finished lower level ceiling on Christmas Eve with 11 relatives at our home. I called Roger Vadnais Plumbing at 8:01 on Dec 26th. Roger had a plumber, Gordy, at our house by about 8:45AM. By 9:30AM the leaking wax ring was diagnosed and replaced with a raised flange/new wax ring and toilet reset and operable.We had a new wood floor installed in about 2016. The floor installers did not raise the flange to take into account the thickness of the ne flooring material but just used two wax rings to compensate which caused the long term leak causing ceiling below to become saturated and subsequently fail. If you replace flooring be sure to have a plumber reinstall the toilet to avoid this problem.We have used Roger Vadnais Plumbing whenever we have needed a plumber’s help since we purchased our home in 1993 and we recommend them highly.“

Will came out and knocked out about 10 small updates for us to add shut off valves and tidy up some older plumbing work. Then, he came back a month later to do more so we could swap out the 2002 dishwasher. He was super efficient, personable, answered all my questions -- and my retired small town plumber Dad's questions by proxy (lol, thanks for the patience, Will!). He also provided a rec for a great drain clean out guy (KDrains). Will definitely be calling him again!“
