Trent responded with a great sense of urgency to get the problem fixed for our family and came prepared for the job at hand. Great experience - responsive and worked very fast. Ground up the roots obstructing the sewer line and gave me some good info. Was very careful to keep things clean in the finished basement. Will definitely call Trent again whenever I have issues with the sewer line!
