Our water heater was down and needed to be replaced. I tried replacing it myself but couldn't find one that would fit in our confines space. They came out, found a water heater that fit, and replaced it the same day. It was great service.
This is the second time we have called on RTSR to assist with a clogged drain. The first was to clear the main drain out to the street, with excellent results. When the same drain overflowed this weekend, we called RTSR in disbelief. Garvin showed up this morning & we began flushing toilets & turning faucets on & off to determine the source. He explained everything so well, & in terms I could understand. Turns out, it was the interior drain this time. He said it would take this long & cost this much & then he got to work. Ron the Sewer Rat came when I had a backup in my sewer main. I called and they didn’t have an appointment same day, but I asked if they could make an exception.A quick check in with the service manager and I was able to get booked same day. They were prompt, on-time, and pleasant to work with and got the job done for the price point they said. Hopefully I don’t need to call ever again, but if I do, I’ll be calling Ron the Sewer Rat.
